Quick overview
Job description
Live & work in sunny holiday destinations across Europe
Is this you?
You genuinely enjoy working with people and making sure they feel supported, understood and well taken care of. You notice details, listen carefully and like stepping in when something can be improved. Helping guests have a smooth and positive holiday experience gives you real satisfaction.
If you’re looking for a people-focused role abroad with responsibility and variety, this position fits you very well.
What your day looks like
Your workday centres around guest experience and service quality. You support guests throughout their stay, answer questions, handle feedback and help resolve issues in a friendly and professional way. You work closely with reception, entertainment and hotel management to ensure high service standards and a positive overall guest journey. Your role directly influences how guests remember their holiday.
Good to know
This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.
Ready to make an impact?
If you enjoy guest interaction, responsibility and working in an international environment, apply now and become part of a guest experience and quality team.
What you need for this role
For this role, previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is important. You should feel confident communicating with guests, handling feedback and responding calmly to different situations. Very good English skills are required for daily communication. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage and will help you connect with a wider range of guests.
What we take care of
Working abroad becomes much easier when the organisational side is already handled. We arrange your accommodation before you arrive, include meals during your working days and provide a legal EU seasonal contract including insurance. This allows you to focus fully on your role and on creating positive guest experiences, without worrying about housing, food or paperwork.
