We're seeking a skilled metalworker for a reputable industrial company with its own manufacturing facility and a stable location. This role is crucial for supporting their production and maintenance operations.

The Role

• Manufacturing and assembly of metal components, assemblies, and structures
• Performing repair, maintenance, and upkeep on machinery, equipment, and metal constructions
• Welding (e.g., MAG/WIG, depending on qualifications), cutting, and drilling work
• Creating, modifying, and finishing components according to technical drawings and specifications
• Assisting with modifications, expansions, and technical improvements
• Conducting dimensional, functional, and visual inspections

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Schlosser, Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in metal or steel construction or maintenance is desirable
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, sketches, and work instructions
• Welding skills are advantageous but not essential
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable work approach
• Manual dexterity, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility
• German language skills for understanding work instructions and documentation
