Whatwillyou be doing?

Youll play a key part in the teams ambition to have a qualified network, with the capability to deliver. People are paramount in delivering a consistent and excellent experience to all our customers. In this role youll support to ensure we have the right people with the right skills, knowledge and attitude in the right role in the network.

Youll coordinate, compile and maintain key data, reports and presentations. Youll be part of projects to drive the people agenda. Youll support key stakeholders across our business, providing insight on all elements of the employee life cycle, with particular focus on development.

To be successful in this role youll have an interest in people development. Youll enjoy working in a strategic role supporting projects to add value to the people in our network. You must enjoy gathering and analysing data and be proactive in your approach. You need to have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a team as well as be motivated to drive your own agenda.

Ourplacement is open to anyuniversitystudent who iseligibleto work full-time in theUKfor twelve months from June 2027. You should be on a sandwich degree which offers a one-yearindustrialplacement.

We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we requireourplacement students to be based within areasonabledistance from ourMilton Keynes head office.

What's the assessment process?

Once youhavehit the apply button, youwillbe asked to completenumericalassessment andsituationaljudgement assessments. If you successfully complete these, wewillinvite you to an online video interview sothatwehavea chance to get to know a little more about you.

Ourfinal step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre, where youwilltake part in a range ofactivitiesbased on real life tasks. Youwillalsohavea chance to meet some ofourmanagers and current placement students to find out more about the scheme.
