Job Description
An AI-startup in Boston is hiring a Senior Backend Developer for their team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll be a point person for building and scaling out their flagship CRM product, helping them to streamline business operations.

The company aims to leverage AI for creating a tool that builds itself based on user activity such an emails and messages, which prevents valuable information from being lost. You'll be supporting the team in scaling out this product by bringing extensive backend experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in Node.js, Typescript, and React
• Skilled in an AWS environment
• Exposure to Agentic AI workflows
• Experience working in a start-up environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in the IT industry
• 5+ years of development experience
• Degree in a relevant field
