The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Leverage robust back-office support for marketing, lead generation, and customer service to focus on client relationships.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Travel within your territory for face-to-face client interactions.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
• A coachable attitude and willingness to learn and follow a proven system.
• Comfort with overnight travel from Monday to Thursday within your territory.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
