Job Description

Spectrum Comm Inc is a government services contractor providing logistics, engineering, technical, and program support to U.S. defense and federal customers. In the Defense & Space sector, the company supports mission-focused programs that demand strong execution, close coordination, and a clear understanding of complex government environments.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility effort supporting the NGA MC&G Program Management Office across Foundation GEOINT.

As the Acquisition Analysis SME - Lead, you will help shape acquisition strategy for a complex mission environment, bringing structure, judgment, and coordination to cross-functional efforts. This role is suited to someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, government sponsors, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the NGA MC&G Program Management Office in developing a comprehensive acquisition approach across Foundation GEOINT.
  • Conduct acquisition and contract analysis.
  • Develop and construct Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Apply current acquisition reform and modernization policies and guidance relevant to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition policies and approaches.
  • Engage frequently with government sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across multidisciplinary engineering teams and subject matter experts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI is required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience developing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and acquisition documentation is required.
  • Experience working directly with DoD and Intelligence Community sponsors and senior stakeholders is required.
  • Working knowledge of NGA, GEOINT, and/or Mapping, Charting and Geodesy is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with current DoD and Intelligence Community acquisition reform and modernization policies and guidance is preferred.
  • 10+ years of DoD/DoW acquisitions analysis experience is preferred.
