Job Description

Analyst, Application Support (Workday Analyst)

Remote role

Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking an Analyst, Application Support (Workday Analyst) to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performing regular system maintenance and audits, and upholding security protocols. You will develop and execute testing scripts, maintain comprehensive user and functional documentation, and conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency. As a central point of contact, you will provide cross-departmental support for all HR system users and serve as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Troubleshoot application issues within the Workday HCM system and deliver effective solutions
  • Perform regular maintenance and audits of the Workday HCM system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Maintain and update security protocols within Workday, ensuring appropriate access and data protection
  • Develop, document, and execute testing scripts for system updates, enhancements, and changes
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive functional and user documentation
  • Conduct data analysis for accuracy, perform data comparisons, and support data-driven decision making
  • Provide cross-departmental support to all teams utilizing HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issues
  • Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT to facilitate communication and issue resolution
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as a functional analyst
  • At least 1 year of experience writing and executing test scripts
  • Workday experience required; Workday configuration experience preferred
  • HR or Support Desk experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
