The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Handle a variety of roadside challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Work autonomously, starting and finishing your day from home.
• Act as a proud ambassador for a well-respected automotive service provider.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
