The Role

• Source, develop, and prospect leads through networking.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member retention.
• Build and manage a profitable business through self-motivation and commitment.
• Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.

What You'll Need

• Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life).
• Proficiency in computer use and strong organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance upon hire.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
