The Opportunity: * Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for critical customer missions. * Engage with customers to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements. * Decompose and manage hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements. * Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding activities. * Support system accreditation efforts following the Risk Management Framework and ensure adherence to security objectives. What You'll Need: * Proven experience developing various levels of requirements, including system-level, hardware, software, and user stories. * Demonstrated ability to create technical written deliverables for system delivery and deployment. * Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. * Strong knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application in system accreditation. * Ability to plan and manage systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking. * Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a polygraph. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
