The Role

• Ensure the proper preparation of medical devices, including cleaning, disinfection, functional testing, packaging, and sterilization.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers according to provided instructions.
• Assemble instrument trays accurately based on pack lists and package them professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the I or II professional training course for sterilization assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic proficiency in using IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
