The Role

• Maintain, replace, and install hardware and software systems.
• Implement new technologies, monitor and analyze system performance.
• Manage and update all databases.
• Develop policies and concepts for seamless system operations.
• Perform system updates and data backups.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT System Administrator, IT System Electronics) or a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or Systems Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in user support and system administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows Server and operating systems.
• Strong German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Customer and service-oriented mindset.
