Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects using PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues, change control, and coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Nice to Have Skills:

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Experience managing projects in public sector/state government, including IT system.
