The Role

• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations.
• Lead and guide the store team, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control.
• Ensure product quality and freshness for items like produce and baked goods.
• Handle customer transactions and provide excellent service.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to a high-performing team.
• Completion of a retail apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• Willingness to be hands-on with tasks and demonstrate dedication.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organisational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (at least B1 level) for effective communication.
