The Role • Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations. • Lead and guide the store team, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. • Manage all aspects of the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control. • Ensure product quality and freshness for items like produce and baked goods. • Handle customer transactions and provide excellent service.
