Job Description

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As a Program Manager  within our Digital Technology Group (DTG), you will lead the strategic execution and continuous optimization of our core Go-To-Market (GTM) platforms, with a focus on Subscription & Revenue Management (SRM), SKU Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ). Partnering closely with IT, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business requirements into executable technical roadmaps and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and interconnected enterprise systems. By bringing structure, technical understanding, and strong program leadership to complex initiatives, you will help scale the technology capabilities that support how Everpure brings products to market, sells, and manages revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead Enterprise GTM Programs: Own end-to-end planning and execution of complex technology programs across SRM, SLM, CPQ, and related GTM systems, from initial scoping and requirements through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate Strategy into Technical Roadmaps: Partner with business and technology teams to convert complex requirements into clear program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate execution across engineering, architecture, IT, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams, establishing clear ownership and maintaining momentum across interconnected workstreams.
  • Orchestrate Agile Execution: Apply Agile methodologies across multiple Scrum teams, facilitating planning, ceremonies, and cross-team coordination while identifying blockers and continuously improving delivery practices.
  • Manage Technical Dependencies & Integrations: Partner with technical teams to identify and manage dependencies across CRM, CPQ, ERP, EDI, subscription management, revenue management, and other enterprise applications and integration points.
  • Manage Program Risk & Decision-Making: Proactively identify technical and business risks, develop mitigation strategies, evaluate trade-offs, and drive timely decisions to keep critical initiatives on track.
  • Build Program Insights & Executive Visibility: Establish meaningful program metrics, dashboards, and reporting that provide stakeholders and senior leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Drive Change & Adoption: Develop and execute change management strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of new GTM capabilities, processes, and ways of working across the organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Program Management Experience: 8+ years of program or project management experience, including a demonstrated track record leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Enterprise IT & GTM Systems Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems initiatives, with meaningful experience in CPQ, quote-to-cash, subscription management, revenue systems, SKU lifecycle management, or related GTM platforms.
  • Systems & Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise application environments and the technical dependencies and integrations across systems such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, EDI, subscription management, and revenue platforms.
  • Agile Program Leadership: Strong experience applying Agile methodologies and working across multiple Scrum teams, with the ability to establish effective planning cadences, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze complex technical and business dependencies, evaluate trade-offs, and influence stakeholders across both technical and business organizations without direct authority.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to audiences ranging from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Education & Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar GTM technologies is preferred. PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or related program management certification is a plus.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
