Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, DevOps automation, CI/CD integrations, and enterprise toolchain integration.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and develop scalable ServiceNow DevOps solutions and automations.

·         Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube.

·         Implement CI/CD integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Webhooks, and Scripted REST APIs.

·         Automate Change Management processes, approvals, and deployment governance.

·         Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub Actions, and APIs.

·         Lead technical design, code reviews, development standards, and mentor developers.

·         Support ServiceNow releases, deployments, upgrades, security, and governance.

·         Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills:

·         8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

·         6+ years of DevOps integration and automation experience.

·         Strong hands-on ServiceNow Developer and DevOps experience.

·         Experience leading ServiceNow development/integration teams.

·         CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.

Preferred: ITSM Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow DevOps Micro-Certification.
