Job Description

job summary:

Seeking a Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist supporting performance monitoring, dashboard maintenance, and data storytelling across multi-channel media campaigns. In this role, you will help optimize live campaigns by transforming complex web and mobile ad data into actionable insights for media planners and stakeholders.

responsibilities:

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Produce campaign recaps on a consistent cadence using existing templates.
  • Reconcile delivery and spend against media plans to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Flag performance trends or issues that may need attention while campaigns are still live.
  • Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards across platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio.
  • Pull and organize data from the internal media buying team's AI analytics platform.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from the broader team while managing multiple concurrent campaigns.

qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with paid media performance campaigns across web and mobile (display, programmatic, paid social).


Strong familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Kochava, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.


Solid SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills for data extraction and reporting.


Proven ability to synthesize complex media data into clear narrative insights and strategic recommendations.


Practical understanding of core advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, VTR, Reach, Frequency, Conversions).


Excellent written communication skills and extreme attention to detail.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Exposure to AI-powered analytics platforms or automated data workflows.


Prior experience building or maintaining BI dashboards in Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.3+ years of hands-on experience with paid media performance campaigns across web and mobile (display, programmatic, paid social).
