Job Description

Founded in 2019, Swift supports Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community customers across the country and around the globe. We are looking for a Vulnerability Manager to join a growing prime program in Annapolis Junction, MD. The Vulnerability Manager will lead vulnerability mitigation activities to protect enterprise systems and networks.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging security risks affecting enterprise systems and networks.
  • Assess and prioritize CVEs based on threat activity, severity, exploitability, and potential operational impact.
  • Identify and recommend vulnerability mitigation and remediation actions for systems, applications, and networks.
  • Monitor vulnerability remediation efforts and provide status updates to system owners and stakeholders.
  • Analyze vulnerability and configuration data to identify systemic security issues and recommend risk and impact assessments.
  • Document and escalate cybersecurity incidents, including potential operational impact and recommended mitigation actions.
  • Apply cybersecurity, privacy, system administration, networking, operating system hardening, and risk management principles to enterprise environments.
  • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and clear communication to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of demonstrated Vulnerability Manager experience OR
  • Two (2) years of experience plus a technical bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) years of technical reporting experience
  • Two (2) years of network and threat analysis experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I or II
  • CE certification
  • Completion of Splunk "Fundamentals I"
  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Fully Scope Polygraph security clearance required
