Technical Product Manager
Location / Duration: Oakland, CA
Overview: Mid-to-senior TPM needed to drive post-sale business processes, customer onboarding, Professional Services, and expansion pipelines during an enterprise merger.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product requirements for onboarding, Professional Services, and expansion pipelines via stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping.
Translate business decisions into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized technical requirements.
Partner with Systems and Engineering agile teams to deliver solutions, integrating post-sale workflows with revenue/Quote-to-Cash systems.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years as a Technical TPM, Business Systems Analyst, or CS Ops Lead in SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem integrations and agile delivery
