The Role

• Control and monitor the melting process
• Perform refractory work
• Install and secure cores, core supports, and core binders
• Prepare and finish cylinder crankcases
• Correct defects using grinding tools
• Conduct visual and quality inspections

What You'll Need

• Open to career changers; prior production experience not required
• Excellent physical resilience to heat, noise, and dirt
• Manual dexterity and a meticulous work approach
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (full continuous)
