Technical Know-How

• Good knowledge of control cabinet construction and electrical wiring

• Technical understanding of automation systems, sensors, and actuators

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated production equipment

• Experience with PLC programs and I/O diagnostics; experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT is an advantage

• Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve technical problems

• Careful, structured, and safety-conscious approach to electrical work

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Recognized electrician qualification, vocational training, or equivalent technical education and experience

• Prior experience with electrical installation, control cabinets, automation systems, or industrial equipment

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated production equipment

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and I/O troubleshooting is preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage

Language Skills

• English is required

• Ability to understand and follow technical documentation and verbal instructions in English

• Ability to clearly document technical issues and communicate with engineering and production teams

Work Model

• On-site work is mandatory, first shift

• Our facility is in San Antonio, TX
