Project Coodintator

Are you an organised, detail-focused Project Coordinator who enjoys keeping things moving?
Join Kinetic IT's national Enterprise Project Management team in Canberra, supporting meaningful project outcomes for a Federal government customer while building your experience across planning, reporting, documentation and delivery coordination.

Working under the direction of a Project or Workstream Lead, you'll help coordinate day-to-day project processes, support reporting requirements, prepare project documentation and provide practical administrative support to the delivery team.

This role is based 100% onsite in Canberra and would suit someone proactive, reliable and confident working across project activities, deliverables and documentation.

What you'll be doing:

• Support project planning by carrying out delegated activities that contribute to workstream and project plans, schedules and delivery milestones.
• Draft elements of project reports, presentations and moderately complex project documents, gathering and summarising data where required.
• Provide general administrative support across documentation quality assurance, process adherence, resourcing, equipment, time recording and deliverables tracking.

What we're looking for:

• Current Australian Citizenship, holding active high level Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2).
• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration or PMO support, ideally within a complex ICT or government environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep project documentation, actions and deliverables moving.
• Confidence preparing reports, presentations and project artefacts with guidance from a Project Manager or Workstream Lead.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders and delivery leads in an onsite project environment.
