Salesforce Product Owner

Scottsdale, AZ (3 days work from office)

JD:

10+ Years 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with expertise in Customer Portals and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Lead requirement gathering workshops, define product vision, and manage prioritized backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end product delivery and roadmap execution.

Strong experience in customer journey mapping, business process optimization, and delivering digital self-service solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with experience coordinating both onshore and offshore teams in Agile environments
