Job Description

Property Manager | Central London Estate | Up to £53,000 + Bonus

Madison Berkeley are partnered with a highly regarded FTSE-listed real estate owner and operator on a Property Manager hire within one of Central London’s most recognised mixed-use campuses.

This is an opportunity to join a business widely regarded as one of the market leaders in placemaking, occupier experience and large-scale estate management, working across some of the highest-profile commercial assets in London.

Sitting within a high-performing Property Management team, you’ll report into a Senior Property Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational performance of your building.

The role offers considerably more than simply managing service charge. You’ll work closely with occupiers, internal teams and external service partners to ensure the building is run efficiently, safely and to an exceptionally high standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with office and retail occupiers
  • Production and management of annual service charge budgets and management accounts
  • Oversight of Health & Safety, emergency procedures and operational compliance
  • Managing contractors and monitoring the delivery of building services
  • Supporting building staff training, development and performance
  • Tendering and procurement of contracted services
  • Working closely with wider Property, Facilities and Technical teams
  • Supporting fabric management, long-term costing and improvement initiatives

This would suit an ambitious Facilities Manager / Property Manager looking to step into a more complex, high-profile environment and gain exposure to one of London’s premier commercial estates.

There is genuine scope to develop within the wider Property Management team and build a long-term career within one of the best-known owner/operators in the market.

Package:

  • Up to £53,000 basic salary
  • Bonus, share options and private healthcare
  • Hybrid working – 4 days office / 1 day WFH
