Position Details:

• Role: Python Developer

• Location: Charlotte, NC

• Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

• Duration: 12+ months

• Experience: 8+ years

• Employment Type: W2

• Interview Process: Microsoft Teams interview followed by a final in-person round

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and scripts using Python.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

• Integrate databases, third-party services, and APIs.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.

• Work effectively within Agile development teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience and knowledge of Python frameworks.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend application development.

• Database integration experience.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

• Experience with Git/version control systems.

• Experience with testing and debugging.

• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or front-end technologies is a plus.
