QC Technician

CF Industries is seeking a QC Technician to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and document defects with precision. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to validate new features, support regression testing, and help maintain testing environments and data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with testing tools and scripting, and passionate about improving software performance, usability, and stability in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and software applications
• Develop, maintain, and improve test plans and test scripts
• Log, track, and document defects and test results with clear documentation
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Perform regression testing for releases and patches
• Validate functionality, usability, and performance across environments
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and test data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
