Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding and experience working with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Define roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical and architecture discussions and evaluate solutions and trade-offs.
  • Manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum processes and executive-level status reporting.
  • Develop program documentation, metrics, and communication plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ yearsof Technical Program/Program Management experience.
  • Strong experience working directly with Engineering/Software teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Data, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Preferred QualificationsS

  • Amazon/AWS or Big Tech experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
