• *The Role**
• Lead a team of service technicians in the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsibilities, overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, advising and assisting clients throughout the process.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are in place.

• *What You'll Need**
• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, vehicle mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete a proficiency test or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills, along with PC proficiency for administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
