Director of Engineering

What they’re looking for:

• Lead a small team of Engineers.
• Manage new product development, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering projects.
• Provide technical/customer support and manage BOMs in Epicor.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• 5+ years managing an Engineering Department.
• Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.
• Experience with plastic, metal, and electromechanical products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Hands-on, self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
