Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end technology projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.

  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues.

  • Track deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify and resolve project risks and dependencies.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, developers, and QA teams.

  • Manage vendors and third-party partners when required.

  • Handle change requests, scope changes, and project escalations.

  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level updates.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.

  • Support process improvements and implement project management best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience managing complex software/technology projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience with project planning, resource management, risk management, and issue resolution.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Microsoft Office/Excel.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
