Job Description

Title: Salesforce QA HealthCare with ETL
Location: Canada – 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Healthcare ETL Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, ETL/data validation, and healthcare data. The candidate will be responsible for validating data integrations, ETL pipelines, Salesforce data flows, and ensuring data accuracy across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ETL, data migration, integration, and Salesforce testing.
  • Validate data movement between Salesforce and healthcare source/target systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, SQL queries, and data validation scripts.
  • Perform source-to-target data mapping and reconciliation.
  • Test Salesforce objects, workflows, integrations, APIs, and data transformations.
  • Validate healthcare data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Testing and ETL/Data Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and complex data validation queries.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, APIs, and integrations.
  • Healthcare domain experience with healthcare/clinical data.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and source-to-target validation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
