The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown assistance. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during challenging situations. • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Start and end your workday from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges. • Serve as a proud ambassador for a company with over 125 years of trusted service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repair. • A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
