The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Manage the billing of inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines. • Provide support to decentralized patient management areas across the group, ensuring seamless collaboration. • Contribute to the efficient functioning of administrative operations that enable patient healing. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. • Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, or SAP. • Prior experience in inpatient patient billing is advantageous. • High commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations. • Professional and service-oriented communication skills with various stakeholders.
