Job Description

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Head of Sales gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsorganisation und treiben strategische Initiativen im Rahmen des nationalen Business Plans aktiv voran.
  • Als Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für Vertriebsteams und Niederlassungen unterstützen Sie bei vertrieblichen Herausforderungen und entwickeln gemeinschaftlich Best Practice Ansätze zu Standards für die gesamte BU EL Germany.
  • Durch die Analyse, Optimierung und Vereinheitlichung von Vertriebsprozessen schaffen Sie nachhaltigen Mehrwert für Kunden und steigern den Vertriebserfolg.
  • Die Entwicklung und Etablierung moderner Vertriebsstandards, Verkaufsstrategien und überzeugender Argumentationsleitfäden liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
  • Eigenverantwortlich steuern Sie Projekte und begleiten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung neuer Konzepte und Maßnahmen.
