Job Description

Technical Architect
The Offeror shall propose a Technical Architect with expertise in the proposed commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution(s), particularly as they apply to Federal acquisition and federal assistance business processes. The Technical Architect(s) shall be responsible for the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and platforms that support business objectives, the target enterprise architecture, and the modernization roadmap.

The Technical Architect(s) shall establish the technical approach for solution configuration, integration, extensibility, and implementation while promoting technical excellence, innovation, efficiency, and alignment with industry leading practices. The Technical Architect(s) should demonstrate experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Federal and/or commercial business systems, including cloud-based technologies, API-enabled integrations, data migration, workflow automation, analytics, and legacy system modernization.

The Technical Delivery Lead shall coordinate with the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) and Cyber Operations (DT/CO) throughout the development lifecycle as necessary to support DevSecOps integration and other technical governance activities, consistent with Appendix E. Experience with the proposed platform(s) is highly desirable, and relevant platform certifications are encouraged.

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance required Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $140,000-180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.)
