Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
• Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience

• Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
