Product Analyst - 50,000- 55,000
Office-Based
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders to help shape and improve our products through customer insight and data-driven decision making.
What you'll be doing:
- Gather and document business and user requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Analyse customer feedback, product usage and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Work alongside Product Managers to prioritise features and maintain the product backlog.
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance using data and KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a product-led environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
- Experience working within Agile teams.
- Knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools would be advantageous.
