Position: Sr. DevOps Engineer
Location: MA (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary:
Seeking a well-rounded Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD, AWS, automation, and developer tooling. Experience supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud migration is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Administer Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Deploy and support AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform RCA, and drive continuous improvements.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve engineering productivity.
