Healthcare Project/ Product Manager- “Generative AI AND Agentic AI”

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as a trusted liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and governance bodies.
• Support executive and committee level reporting on AI demand, pipeline health, risk posture, and deployment status.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in health administration, Data Science, Public Policy, or related discipline.
• Formal training or certification in project management, program management, agile delivery, risk management, or AI governance.

Experience Required (Minimum)

• 2–4 years of experience supporting technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process reengineering, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management, Program Management
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross functional teams in complex regulated healthcare environments.

Preferred

• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, technology leadership, or healthcare operations.
• Prior experience working with AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning initiatives in healthcare, insurance, or another highly regulated industry is plus.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks, model risk management, or compliance-by-design approaches. By design approaches.
