Pay Range: $59/hr - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and iterate the paid social strategy and learning plan for each line of business.
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of social media campaigns that deliver demonstrable results against key goals and metrics.
• Build campaign briefs aligned to learning plans to drive creative strategy, ensuring consumer-first social advertising.
• Own reporting across channel and campaign performance, tracking goals, metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop thoughtfully crafted creative that leverages current trends.
• Present insights and performance reports to senior leadership, operationalizing takeaways for future campaigns.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 4–7 years of proven experience in full-funnel paid and organic social media strategy within an agency or Fortune 500 environment.
• Proven background managing end-to-end campaigns from upper-funnel brand awareness to lower-funnel demand generation and conversion efficiency.
• Direct experience drafting creative campaign briefs and managing external creative/media agencies.
• Hands-on experience developing "test and learn" agendas and tracking ROI/KPIs.
• Demonstrated history operating inside large matrixed organizations or high-growth digital/media agency accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Agile and Next Best Action marketing.
• Familiarity with social/digital/media agency environments.
