Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Lead one or more healthcare operations strategy workstreams by defining project approaches, developing integrated work plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.

Provide day-to-day client leadership, facilitate stakeholder discussions and meetings, guide team members, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

Analyze complex healthcare operations, synthesize findings, and develop strategic recommendations, operating models, process improvements, and implementation roadmaps.

Develop executive briefings, leadership presentations, decision materials, and stakeholder communications that clearly communicate insights and support senior-level decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience required.

Experience working with public health or healthcare organizations, including healthcare operations strategy and project management.

Experience leading client engagements, strategic planning, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications with minimal oversight.

Experience developing executive-ready presentations, facilitating meetings, managing project dependencies, and delivering strategic recommendations in ambiguous environments.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Executive Presentation Development, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting healthcare organizations and public-sector healthcare programs, including healthcare operations strategy, service delivery, and organizational transformation.

Experience supporting Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiatives, including healthcare operations planning and stakeholder engagement.

Experience analyzing healthcare workflows, referral management processes, virtual health services, and current- and future-state operating models.

Experience translating healthcare operational needs, stakeholder priorities, and organizational challenges into strategic plans, process improvements, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
