Position Overview:
Our client in the Pasadena, CA area is seeking an
HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity
.

Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws
Qualifications:
~2+ years of prior HR Generalist or related HR experience required
~ Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and California employment laws
~ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
~ Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and other HRIS systems required
~ Bilingual Spanish required
