Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) | Grömitz, Germany | On-site This employer is seeking a skilled Haustechniker/Anlagenmechaniker (m/f/d) to join their technical team. The role is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of a large healthcare facility, ensuring smooth behind-the-scenes processes. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of technical procedures and a proactive approach to facility management. The Role • Conduct continuous maintenance for sanitation, heating, and climate systems in compliance with relevant regulations. • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all services and assist in maintaining facility documentation within the CAFM system. • Collaborate across departments within the technical team for building maintenance. • Provide expert support for construction and maintenance tasks across different departments and with external contractors. • Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent needs. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker for SanitäR-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, or Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/f/d). • Knowledge of relevant regulations and good IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is advantageous. • Ability to analyze technical problems and reliably resolve application-related issues. • Eagerness to work, team spirit, and a service-oriented mindset, with a willingness for further training. • Several years of professional experience and a valid driver's license (Class B).
