Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Agile Coach / AI PDLC Specialist to lead enterprise Agile transformation and AI Product Development Lifecycle (AI PDLC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive SAFe implementation, AI governance, enterprise AI operating models, and AI-enabled delivery across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, and Scrum@Scale.
• Drive AI PDLC implementation, AI governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, ART Launches, PI Planning, and Agile coaching.
• Design AI Agent solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
• Build RAG pipelines and enterprise AI workflows.
• Coach Product Managers, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Agile teams.
• Drive Agile metrics, OKRs, Business Agility dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on AI strategy and enterprise Agile adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years as a Senior/Lead Agile Coach.
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, and Scrum@Scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI PDLC, AI Governance, AI Operating Models, and RAG.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Big Picture, and Agile Central.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
