Job Description

This opportunity is suited to an accomplished Interior Manager who can uphold an exceptional onboard experience and lead interior operations with confidence, professionalism, and consistency. You will play a central role in maintaining the standards expected in a highly service-focused luxury setting while supporting seamless guest experiences throughout each voyage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
  • Lead and supervise yacht interior crew, scheduling duties and monitoring performance.
  • Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities.
  • Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations.
  • Coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager.
  • Educational background in hospitality management.
  • Experience working with yacht management software.
  • Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving the owner directly.
  • Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service, and guest preference management.
  • Hold a valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule.
