Digital Marketing Specialist

The Advocates - PNW, a client-centered personal injury law firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility and quality leads. In this role, you'll plan and execute SEO, SEM, paid social, and email campaigns to connect injured clients with the help they need. You'll manage website content, landing pages, and social media, using data and A/B testing to optimize performance. Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to craft clear, empathetic messaging. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email).
• Develop, test, and refine paid search and social advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and blog posts to support client education and intake.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate legal services into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Manage social media presence and online reputation across key platforms.
• Support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM data integrity.
• Conduct audience, keyword, and competitive research to inform strategy.
