What you'll be doing

• You'll take ownership of the site's mechanical maintenance, helping keep production running safely and efficiently through planned maintenance and rapid fault resolution
• You'll work closely with production teams and have the freedom to identify recurring issues, recommend improvements and put lasting solutions in place
• Your week will include PPMs, mechanical fault-finding, maintaining pumps, pipework and production equipment, managing spare parts and supporting improvement projects across the plant
• You'll be on the factory floor, getting involved in the practical side of engineering rather than sitting behind a desk.

What you'll need

• Experience maintaining industrial, manufacturing or process plant equipment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with pumps, pumping systems or industrial pipework would be highly advantageous
