Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with over 6 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for candidates who can work effectively in an enterprise IT environment, particularly with voice technologies, to support the implementation and maintenance of advanced communication systems. Description Responsibilities include collaborating with network and telecom engineers on telephony integration, designing and deploying voice infrastructure, supporting next-generation voice technologies, and managing system security accreditation.

The role also involves certificate management, system upgrades, and configuration. Daily tasks involve supporting new site voice installations, training users, and planning transitions, contributing to call routing design, and ensuring compliance with standards. The Systems Engineer will gain hands-on experience with secure voice systems and provide Tier 4 engineering support. Familiarity with platforms such as Skype for Business and Avaya Communication Manager is expected. Experience Level

Base Salary $147,000 - $178,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
