Position Overview The Garrett Group is seeking highly experienced Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analysts to join our advanced technology team. These roles support mission‑driven data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across the organization.

Ideal candidates will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural insight, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex relational database systems, including tables, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Architect and implement enterprise applications, including server administration within Windows and Internet Information Services (IIS).
  • Develop full‑stack solutions using JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and additional languages as required.
  • Create and maintain front‑end and back‑end web applications, as well as integrated solutions using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Administer large-scale databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Lead or contribute to Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Design and manage databases that support AI/ML operations, including:
  • Preparing and structuring training datasets
  • Ensuring rigorous data quality
  • Supporting scalable analytics and Machine Learning pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality data visualization and analytics solutions. Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in database design and development.
  • Minimum 3 years of application architecture and Windows/IIS server administration experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications, and web development across front‑end, back‑end, and Office‑integrated solutions.
  • At least 3 years of database administration experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience contributing to or leading Agile development teams.
  • Proven experience designing databases that support Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning workflows and scalable data pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, computer science, analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, management information systems, business analytics, or an equivalent field. The GARRETT GROUP is an
