Project Manager

Key Skills:-

• Strong project/program management experience in MarTech, data, and digital marketing technology programs.
• Understanding of campaign platforms, customer data, marketing data pipelines, integrations, audience/segmentation, and outbound marketing processes.
• Own day-to-day delivery tracking, including actions, dependencies, risks, blockers, milestones, and follow-ups.
• Run and support daily standups and working sessions and ensure clear ownership and closure of actions.
• Maintain Jira/project trackers and consolidate status from Jira, meetings, emails, and other working documents.
• Work closely with technical leads, business/marketing teams, and vendor resources to obtain accurate status and drive commitments.
• Track timelines, resource assignments, scope changes, and cross-team dependencies.
• Escalate delivery risks early with clear impact, owner, and required action/decision.
• Prepare concise weekly status and leadership updates based on validated information.
• Must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving scope and priorities.
• This role provides delivery/program management support; technical solution ownership and detailed technical accountability remain with the respective Tech Leads.
